The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with staff, students, and parents, maintaining high standards of accountability, and driving the implementation of key aspects of our improvement plan. They will promote innovative instructional practices, integrating technology as both a tool for learning and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Leadership & Development: Support recruitment and retention of excellent teachers, lead professional development opportunities, and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Performance Management: Support performance evaluations to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Professional Growth: Lead by example in developing own practice and that of the team.
  • Admissions & Enrolment: Contribute to admissions process to attract and retain a diverse, motivated student body.
  • Wellbeing & Support: Support staff and student wellbeing through curricular and extracurricular programs.
  • Accreditation & Compliance: Assist with accreditation processes to ensure high standards of quality and meet international benchmarks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in education with certified teaching qualification (e.g., US Teaching License or equivalent).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience including within international settings. Previous experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g. American/IB/British) is advantageous.
