Job Summary

This role will be responsible for managing and leading the team of data management operations to deliver change requests and manage production and preprod environment. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of data management concepts and technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Management Responsibilities: Set business expectations, communicate with stakeholders, engage product vendors in enhancements and issues fixing, manage development team communication.
  • Planning Responsibilities: Plan for platform enhancement, assess performance change requests, provision new servers and products, orchestrate change requests and manage different teams' expectations (PMOs, developments), plan for preventive and corrective actions for environment stability, maintain data platform stability and availability.
  • Resourcing Responsibilities: Manage operation team, manage team workload and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Education Requirement

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in data management domain (BI, data engineering, and governance) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
