**About the Role**

MENA Recruit Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arabic Transformation Consultant to join our team. This role will involve providing expert advice to clients on legal operations transformation projects in the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal services, with experience working within the legal services market and knowledge of the provision of legal services either within a law firm environment or within an in-house capacity.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results. The ability to work under pressure, to tight timescales with a sense of urgency, is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting client-facing workshops, mapping existing workflows, identifying process improvements, and designing implementation plans.

They will also be expected to project manage consultancy advice support provided by colleagues as subject matter experts, including legal technologists, lawyers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conducting client-facing workshops to support the provision of legal consultancy advice;
  • Mapped existing workflows and identified process improvements;
  • Designed implementation plans to advise clients on how best to manage operational and technology change within their organisation;
  • Project managed consultancy advice support provided by colleagues as subject matter experts;
  • Assisted with the creation and provision of training guides and procedures for users to use legal tech tools within an operational delivery context;
