Master Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team at H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. - شركة حمد محمد الرقيب و أولاده التجارية. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and assembly of our furniture products at customer locations, requiring precision, excellent craftsmanship, and a keen eye for detail.

• Assemble and install furniture pieces according to specifications and instructions.
• Ensure all furniture pieces are securely and correctly installed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all pieces are free from defects and meet company standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

• Basic proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in furniture assembly and installation.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.).
• Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
• Excellent physical condition and manual dexterity.
• High school diploma; successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
