Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve customers in a professional manner, providing excellent product knowledge and service.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy boutique, adhering to high standards of presentation.
  • Negotiate prices and promotions with customers, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and preferences.
  • Participate in company-sponsored events and exhibitions, representing Mouawad in a professional manner.
  • Perform closing procedures, including securing jewelry and locking the showroom.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback and insights to improve services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, as set by the showroom manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
