We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Structural Engineer (Design Review) to join our team in KSA. As a key member of our infrastructure engineering group, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving civil and structural designs for power projects, including substations and transmission lines.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve civil and structural engineering designs for power projects, including substations and overhead transmission lines.
  • Conduct thorough document reviews for converter and transition stations to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead comprehensive design reviews for substation projects up to 400kV, ensuring safety, functionality, and structural integrity.
  • Verify that civil engineering documents for overhead line and cable projects meet necessary engineering and construction standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight during site execution, ensuring adherence to approved design documents.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, electrical engineers, and site teams to integrate civil/structural designs into overall project frameworks.
  • Liaise with clients to review and approve civil/structural designs and provide technical advice to ensure project goals and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Ensure all civil and structural designs comply with quality assurance and safety standards, focusing on risk mitigation and adherence to local and international building codes.
