Job Description

The Senior Projects Risk Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project planning, development, and implementation for various projects. This includes facilitating meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to identify, assess, and evaluate risk issues arising from different phases in the project lifecycle.

  • Frequently facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and other management teams to discuss project progress and address any concerns or risks that may arise.
  • Predicting potential financial liability for CARE from data provided by stakeholders and ensuring compliance with established risk management procedures.
  • Handling costs, claims associated with cost and time, change order management, and conflict resolution while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-construction management, including contract management, procurement, tendering, estimating, and cost control. They should also have good working knowledge of schedule management, sequence of activities from pre-design to design development to construction and closeout.
