Job Description:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and contributing to the management of HR databases, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute HR events, enhancing employee engagement and morale.
  • Support the implementation of labor laws, company policies, and regulations, contributing to a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes, driving business results.
Requirements:
  • A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, demonstrating enthusiasm and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, embracing continuous professional development.
