Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement comprehensive quality management plans for civil infrastructure projects. Establish and enforce quality standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Handover: Oversee the project handover process, ensuring all civil infrastructure elements are completed to the highest standards. Prepare and manage all handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice and support to project teams on quality management practices and project handover procedures. Review and validate civil infrastructure designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive quality management records, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions. Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting quality metrics, issues, and resolutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil infrastructure quality management, project handover, or related roles, with a focus on ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
