Job Description:

The Health and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the strategic plan for Health and Safety that aligns with the clients' priorities based on industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the health and safety management system, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing effective risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and recommending control measures.
  • Providing training and guidance to project staff on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement.
  • Investigating incidents and near misses, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related regulations is essential.
