MDLBEAST is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our Live Events department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
  2. Collaborate closely with the events team to establish clear event objectives, vision, and budget, translating them into actionable plans.
  3. Manage all facets of events, including logistics, venues, contracts, vendors, travel & hospitality, and production, ensuring efficient coordination and execution.
  4. Work hand-in-hand with creative teams to define and implement the event's overarching theme, encompassing branding and production design.
  5. Develop and manage event budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  6. Build and nurture strong relationships with event partners and vendors, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
  7. Oversee all event operations in different phases, pre-event and show days, ensuring seamless coordination among various operations teams, vendors, government entities, stakeholders & partners.
  8. Consolidate information from various departments into comprehensive reports, reflecting project status and identifying critical decisions for the events department.
  9. Collaborate and provide support to various departments to develop and implement event requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in project management within the events industry.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Arabic speaker/written Arabic preferred but not required.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented.
