1. Preparing all types of food, with a focus on Oriental cuisine, for banquets and restaurants.
2. Developing new and original Oriental recipes to satisfy customers' cravings.
3. Following instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks efficiently.
4. Maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency in food preparation, staying up-to-date with new recipes and techniques.
5. Updating menu recipe cards and planning menus for promotions.
6. Attending daily chefs' meetings to discuss operational matters.
7. Collaborating with other sections to ensure requirements are met, cleanliness is maintained, and costs are controlled.
8. Ensuring freshness, presentation, and temperature of food served meet the highest standards.
