We are seeking a highly skilled Rigging Specialist to join our team at Ahmedconsultant. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to ensure the safe and efficient execution of rigging projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement rigging plans and designs for various projects, including heavy lifting, transportation, and salvage operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to clients during the bid phase of projects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide engineering counsel and support during bid and planning meetings.
- Review and approve all drawings and calculations for rigging projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide on-site engineering support and assistance to field personnel, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of rigging operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in rigging studies and heavy lifting operations.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, including mathematics and physics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
