Antal International Network invites applications for a High-Risk Newborn Care Consultant position in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and skills in pediatric surgery, with a focus on high-risk newborn care.

 

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide expert care to critically ill newborns. Key responsibilities include:

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for high-risk newborns.
  2. Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  4. Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.
  5. Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  6. Engage in administrative tasks, including policy development and committee participation.
  7. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • A medical degree from a reputable institution.
  • Board certification in pediatric surgery or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in pediatric surgery, with a focus on high-risk newborn care.
  • Registration with the Saudi Board Council.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic an asset.
