Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on the project site.
  • Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Implement a rigorous quality control program to ensure that work meets or exceeds the specified quality standards and requirements.
  • Budget Management: Manage the project budget effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget constraints.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges that may affect project progress.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Handle any changes or modifications to the project scope, schedule, or budget in accordance with established change management procedures.
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.
  • Environmental Compliance: Ensure that the project complies with all environmental regulations and permits.
  • Schedule Adherence: Monitor project schedules closely, ensuring that work progresses as planned.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a cohesive and high-performing project team.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Project Closeout: Oversee the successful project closeout process.
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineer: With 6-11 years of experience.
  • On Site: In Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  • Transferable IQAMA: Required.
