Job Title: Senior Project Manager (PMO)

About the Client

Community Partners, a high-profile organisation in Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Project Management Office team.

This role is critical in implementing organisational strategies and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Implementation – Work with senior leadership to execute the organisation's strategy ensuring alignment across all projects and initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency – Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Governance and Compliance – Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure all projects comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Methodology Standardisation – Lead efforts to standardise project management methodologies across the organisation, promoting consistency and quality in project execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring – Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Educational Background – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience – Minimum of 7-10 years in project management with at least 5 years in a PMO setting. Prior experience in implementing organisational strategies and improving operational processes is essential.
  • Skills – Excellent engagement and stakeholder relationship skills, looking for a positive impact on the project team, a good listener and collaborator, willing to go the extra mile for the programme of work.
  • Leadership – Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organisational change.
  • Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic. English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Analytical Thinking – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Adaptability – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
