Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase team engagement and motivation.
- Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee HR-related actions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are exceptional and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to drive improvement in guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts to drive revenue and profitability.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
- Develop and implement action plans to reduce the hotel's carbon footprint and promote environmental sustainability.
- Act as a public relations representative to raise awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Five to ten years of prior hotel management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent English language skills; other languages an asset.
