We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stakeholder Architect to play a key role in a major construction project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with all project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing reports, manuals, and guideline documents for design stages and stakeholder issues.
  • Attending weekly meetings to track and record actions from stakeholders and follow up on progress.
  • Coordinating with Key Stakeholders and Authorities for smooth handovers of assets upon project completion.
  • Providing handover and stakeholder input for weekly/monthly reports.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a relevant field of study.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Stakeholder positions on similar construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project design management and leadership abilities.
