Job Description
- Develop comprehensive adoption strategies that align with client's organizational goals and initiatives during RFP and early project stages.
- Review project communication and stakeholder management plans to ensure effective collaboration.
- Lead adoption/change management activities throughout the deployment project cycle, aligning with project execution and adoption/change management plans.
- Create and conduct advocacy/training/coaching programs for various client stakeholders, identifying the most suitable communication methods.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to address challenges and promote continuous improvement throughout the adoption process.
- Develop and manage KPIs to measure the success of adoption efforts, track progress, and ensure closing the gaps.
- Prepare and present status reports to various stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned to refine and optimize adoption processes, staying current with emerging market trends.
- Engage with clients' staff on various levels to understand and tailor their unique needs, advocating adoption to achieve Operational Excellence.
- Education: BSc degree in a technical field.
- Experience: 10 years + relevant and proven experience handling similar responsibilities.
- Certifications: Certification in Change Management such as PROSCI, CCMP, and PMP/Agile/Scrum.
- Software Technology: Prior hands-on experience with operational technologies under MOMs such as process safety, reliability, operation management, etc.
- Project Management: Has worked before in projects, understanding different phases and milestones.
- Communication with Influence: Ability to convince and secure buy-ins, strong interpersonal communications, and ability to work with teams.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify risks, plan for, and mitigate risks.
