Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator and Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, assessing labor, material, and time costs, and preparing detailed cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate project specifications to determine necessary resources.
  • Analyze tender documents, such as Statements of Work, specifications, drawings, Bills of Quantity, design criteria, and contract documents.
  • Prepare and submit pre-bid clarifications to clients.
  • Develop and send Request for Quotations (RFQs) with supporting documents to suppliers.
  • Evaluate quotations and proposals from a technical and commercial perspective.
  • Negotiate prices.
  • Estimate labor costs and calculate manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate with the MEP estimation team to cover all project electrical and low-current system needs.
  • Create a detailed cost summary highlighting key aspects of the estimate.
  • Review and finalize technical and commercial offers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in estimation, preferably in a similar role and industry.
  • Previous experience in tendering for towers, hotels, resorts, stadiums, data centers, housing, malls, hospitals, MEP-Infra, and universities.
  • Technical knowledge and estimation experience in Medium Voltage Works, Low Voltage Works, and ELV works.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
