As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting and selling high-quality products to potential and existing customers. This involves engaging with clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell coffee machines, vending machines, café equipment, and related products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers using prepared scripts.
  • Answer inquiries regarding product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure smooth coordination with the logistics team.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
