They will also integrate Jira with other tools and systems, provide technical support to users, and conduct training sessions on how to effectively use Jira.

Additionally, the candidate will create and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, team performance, and other key metrics. They will also work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve workflows and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-6+ years of proven experience as a Jira developer or in a similar role
  • Atlassian Certified (ACP100)
  • Proficiency in Jira administration, scripting, and REST APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of database concepts
