Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at National Medical Care Co. as a Mental Health Specialist. The successful candidate will provide psychological care to inpatients and outpatients with mental or psychological illnesses, working closely with our medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Psychological Care

Deliver psychological diagnostic tests and therapy sessions to inpatients and outpatients, evaluating new admissions and coordinating with psychiatrists to establish a diagnosis and management plan.

Document Patient Management

Document patient management plans, including diagnostic tests and therapy sessions, and maintain accurate and timely records of all patients.

Collaborate with Medical Team

Work closely with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Contribute to Education and Quality Improvement

Contribute to the education of physicians, social workers, nurses, and other medical organization personnel in early detection, recognition, management, and referral of psychiatric cases.

Participate in Quality Improvement Programs

Participate in teaching and quality improvement programs to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements
  1. Education

University Bachelor Degree in Clinical Psychology or Equivalent Qualification.

Experience

Minimum of two (2) years in his/her specialty after obtaining Bachelor's Degree.

Licenses and Certifications

Current valid license to practice clinical psychology.

Skills

Fluent in verbal and written English, communication in spoken Arabic is essential, exhibits professionalism and excellent interpersonal communication skills, and possesses working knowledge of relevant computer applications.
