About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced External Auditor in KSA to join our team at El-Takamol. As an External Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business strategy and related strategic plans are developed and implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor Business Unit Performance: You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our business units versus the budget, identifying areas of unsatisfactory performance, and capitalizing on opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.
  2. Project Cycle Management: You will ensure that the project cycle is completed meeting agreed project parameters, standards, and objectives.
  3. Communication and Reporting: You will communicate the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to the Internal Audit Manager.
  4. Risk Mitigation and Implementation: You will recommend risk mitigation actions and follow up on their implementation.
  5. Annual Internal Audit Plan: You will execute the annual internal audit plan to ensure that all areas and functions are covered within the set timeframe.
  6. External Auditor Recommendations: You will follow up on the recommendations of external auditors to ensure their implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least six years of extensive experience in public accounting, auditing, audit management, budget, business plan, business strategy, preferably with big Audit Firms or Corporate companies.
  • International accounting qualification: CIA, ACCA, or CPA, or part of any.
  • Very good in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
  • Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
