  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity governance frameworks, strategies, and practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective security controls and processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on policy development, procedure implementation, and control evaluation to minimize cybersecurity risks.
  • Analyze emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Cybersecurity GRC Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and their practical application.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex cybersecurity concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
