Job Title: Maintenance Manager – HVAC

Inspire Selection is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our MEP division in Jeddah, KSA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of HVAC systems across 250 contracts throughout the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, organize, and supervise facilities maintenance operations, including supervisory responsibilities for hiring and disciplinary actions.
  2. Manage the maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with standards and instruction.
  3. Coordinate, assign, and direct daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules for maintenance staff.
  4. Establish job priorities and time frames for maintenance staff.
  5. Responsible for installation or repair of Electrical / HVAC systems.
  6. Monitor completion of job assignments through frequent field observation and inspections.
  7. Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards, and proper safety procedures.
  8. Serve as safety representative, coordinating safety training needs, assisting with safety audits, and maintaining related safety records.
  9. Schedule and supervise maintenance activities, including work performed by contractors or subcontractors.
Requirements:
  1. At least years of experience in a similar type role.
  2. HVAC experience is a must.
  3. Must have Middle East experience.
  4. Will have been educated in a western college or university.
  5. Strong management experience.
  6. Budgetary control.
  7. Contract Management.
  8. Commercial awareness.
