We seek an experienced Senior Contract Manager to oversee contract drafting, negotiation, and management across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and assess contractual risks, providing strategies for mitigation.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in contract management or related roles within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and administration.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in contract management are a plus.
