We are seeking a Compliance and Governance Lead to join our team at Servier. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Officer in implementing the company compliance program, developing and maintaining an internal audit and control framework, and preparing and presenting audit and risk reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Compliance Officer in developing and implementing the company compliance program.
  • Develop and maintain an internal audit and control framework to ensure risks are adequately controlled.
  • Prepare and present audit and risk reports to senior leadership and the board of directors.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and action plans.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, internal auditing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CRMA are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
