Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the Civil and Infrastructure Design Discipline, ensuring seamless project execution.
  2. Implement value engineering processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  3. Lead the oversight of overall design and engineering activities on all F&E projects.
  4. Deliver design specifications for all stages (30%, 60%, 90%) for in-house projects, adhering to approved guidelines and standards.
  5. Manage design-based activities for outsourced design packages, including reviews and technical approvals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  6. Share and implement engineering learnings across all projects.
  7. Provide technical assurance for internal and outsourced design deliverables.
Education
  1. Bachelor's/ Master's/ PhD in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
Experience
  1. 7+ years managing Civil Engineering design projects.
