Job Summary

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality IT systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. IT Systems Design: Develop and review IT systems designs for new projects to ensure their quality and constructability.
  2. Technical Evaluations: Conduct technical evaluations of communication and electrical materials, review material specifications, and perform material inspections.
  3. Project Progress Reports: Prepare and present periodic project progress reports summarizing project progress.
  4. Estimate Development: Evaluate project estimates, develop expenditure requests, prepare budgetary estimates, and perform other technical engineering work.
  5. Field Surveys: Conduct field surveys of IT sites to gather information during project development and supervise ongoing construction work.
  6. Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance such as equipment testing procedures and cutover plans.
  7. Material Specifications: Conduct material specifications, equipment testing procedures, and cutover plan reviews.
  8. Inspections and Commissioning: Attend mechanical completion inspections and equipment commissioning for IT projects undertaken by Eram Talent.
  9. Industry Expertise: Possess experience in IT systems, network, transmission, radio, and OSP.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Certifications: Hold certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PMP, and FE, or any other related industry-recognized certificates.
  2. Soft Skills: Demonstrate professionalism in communications and soft skills, as well as good leadership in project management.
