About the Opportunity

Dafater is seeking an experienced Client Success Strategist to join our team and drive customer success initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing customer success plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and improve overall experience.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to expand their use of our products and services.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and growth.
Customer Retention & Success Optimization
  • Tracking and analyzing customer health metrics to inform retention and growth strategies.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance customer onboarding and overall experience.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve customer engagement.
