About This Role

This mid-senior level position is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from initial planning to project completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include managing contractors, consultants, and project teams, monitoring construction progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

Additionally, they will lead site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks, collaborate with design and engineering teams, oversee HSE standards, manage project reporting, and review and approve contractor submittals.

The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in construction management software and tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years spent in Food & Beverage or restaurant construction.
  • Proven experience managing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and costing across various scopes (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Gas).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage large teams, contractors, and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleDocs, and construction management software.
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts, project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and quality control processes.
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
