You will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog, identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress, and monitor team dynamics and performance metrics.

As a Scrum Master, you will also act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to communicate progress and gather feedback, support the team's efforts in achieving sprint goals, and deliver high-quality software products. Additionally, you will provide training and support to new team members on Scrum practices and tools, stay informed on industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective Agile practices are followed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and experience implementing Agile practices
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred
