Asterix Communications is seeking a highly skilled Senior Utilities Engineer to join our team in Al-`Ula, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on wet utilities infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of strategic projects and contracts for the Royal Commission of AlUla (RCU) by ensuring suppliers meet their contract obligations.
  • Manage and support the RCU procurement process, ensuring compliance with specifications and delivery of utility works.
  • Provide O&M expertise for RCU projects in FM/AM/City Management, specifically in wet utilities infrastructure, to support construction works, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure integrated utility systems are ready for safe and smooth handover and operation of newly developed utility assets.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar field/expertise.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Registered with the Saudi Engineering Council.
  • Professional registration with a well-recognized Electrical Engineers Society.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with Arabic and other languages being a huge plus.
