• We require a highly skilled florist to work in our hotel's hospitality department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning flower arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

• Clean and maintain assigned areas to high standards.
• Create bespoke flower arrangements for daily use and special events.
• Develop and implement new floral designs and recipes.
• Manage floral inventory levels and source materials as needed.
• Communicate with clients, bookers, and internal departments to deliver projects on time.
• Process guest orders, event bookings, and billing.
• Foster strong relationships with internal departments and vendors.
• Comply with hotel health, safety, and hygiene policies.
• Maintain personal appearance and hygiene standards.
• Participate in training sessions and employee feedback initiatives.
