**Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in oil and gas construction, particularly on large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with a focus on influencing key decisions.
  • Fluency in English with Arabic being an advantage.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments with strong teamwork capabilities.
