Process Improvement Lead - Construction:

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Lead - Construction to join our team at Parsons Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results through effective quality management, project oversight, and team leadership.

This position requires deep expertise in quality assurance, risk management, and project execution, as well as the ability to define quality assurance processes, methodologies, and guidelines to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management plans for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
  • Define quality assurance processes, methodologies, and guidelines to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Establish quality control measures and monitor their implementation throughout all phases of infrastructure projects.
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure that quality standards are embedded into the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
  • Ccoordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality control processes within the project schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management within infrastructure projects, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in project management, quality assurance, and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
