Job Overview

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented and committed HSE professional to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents and incidents.
  3. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop preventive measures to minimize risks.
  4. Maintain compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards through regular audits and inspections.
  5. Deliver safety training and educational programs for employees and subcontractors to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely recording of safety-related documentation, reports, and statistics to inform decision-making.
Key Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in infrastructure projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, policies, and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address risks.
  6. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  7. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are highly desirable.
