QAQC Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

1. To uphold and implement Mitsubishi Power Saudi Arabia's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures within the company premises and at customer and supplier sites.
2. To ensure compliance with legal requirements, government authorities, and customer specifications.
3. To conduct inspections of gas and steam turbines and other rotating equipment components in accordance with relevant codes, standards, procedures, work instructions, and quality management system (QMS) requirements.
4. To develop detailed and comprehensive inspection test plans.
5. To estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate inspection and testing activities, including borescope inspections and non-destructive testing.
6. To maintain accurate records of inspection-related documents and reports.
7. To adopt a risk-based approach in developing inspection procedures, forms, and check sheets.
8. To provide support to supervisors in resolving technical issues and referring complex matters to the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager.
9. To ensure the proper maintenance and security of tools and equipment used in quality control inspections.
10. To monitor measurement instruments and their calibration.

Reporting and Communication:

1. To promptly report any non-conformities, process shortfalls, or documentation discrepancies to the supervisor and person in charge.

Required Skills:

1. English language proficiency in speaking, writing, and typing.
2. Arabic language proficiency in speaking, writing, and typing.
