Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team at Want More. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the artistic vision and design of various projects, ensuring they align with our brand and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement creative concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns, digital media, and print materials
2. Collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members to understand project objectives and develop effective strategies
3. Manage the entire design process from conception to final production
4. Provide art direction and guidance to designers, photographers, and other creative team members
5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our designs
6. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
3. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
