About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Delivery Manager to join our team at NEOM. As a key member of our Asset Development team, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of assets for the NEOM Food sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Asset Development and Delivery

Develop and communicate asset briefs, business cases, and development plans for key assets. Understand asset requirements and drive asset delivery from vision to conception to execution to handover.

Project Coordination

Be the interface between the proponent, projects team, PMC, contractor, regional proponents, and other relevant sectors to communicate asset needs and requirements. Assist in the deliverables and contents developed by sub-contractors and coordinate all design operations.

Project Management

Make sure the overall design, construction, and startup costs are within budget and timelines. Work with all internal stakeholders to achieve mutual desired outcomes through a collegiate and collaborative working approach.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare progress and communication reports directed to all relevant stakeholders. Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM's values.

Requirements
  1. Experience

Minimum 10 years of jobsite experience in large-scale construction projects. Knowledge of engineering and construction management acquired over time through practical experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Previous experience of working within a multicultural environment.

Language

A good grasp (written & oral) of the English language is also a must.
