This includes managing VMware environments, backup solutions, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and deploying VMware environments to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  2. Developing and implementing backup solutions to ensure data integrity and recovery.
  3. Deploying and maintaining HCI solutions to ensure high-performance computing and storage.
  4. Configuring and managing Exchange servers and email security to protect our communication systems.
  5. Managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies to ensure access control and compliance.
  6. Maintaining Windows/Linux servers, applying security updates, and monitoring system health to prevent downtime.
  7. Configuring and managing network devices, VLANs, firewall rules, and troubleshooting network issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
  8. Implementing security measures, conducting audits, and responding to incidents to protect our systems from cyber threats.
  9. Maintaining documentation and generating reports on system performance to inform business decisions.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  2. Certifications in VMware (VCP), Microsoft (MCSE), or relevant technologies.
  3. Strong experience in system administration, virtualization, backup solutions, HCI, Exchange, and Active Directory.
  4. Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and networking concepts.
  5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate with our cross-functional teams.
  6. The ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
