**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Project Manager to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of our PLM projects, leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform from Dassault Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful implementation of 3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, including business leaders, project teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and technical infrastructure, to ensure the successful execution of PLM initiatives.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE PLM tools within the organization.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the technical team to propose relevant developments, collect and formalize business processes and functional requirements, and provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Significant experience working with the Dassault System PLM solution (Enovia, 3DExperience) and in managing PLM projects, with a focus on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
