Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Methods Engineer to join our team at Abunayyan Holding. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving the cycle time of upstream and downstream processes to eliminate waste and improve product lead time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Efficiency Improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase efficiency.
  • Conduct operator assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement training programs.
  • Identify and implement lean tools and techniques to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve lead time.
  • Balance production lines to ensure continuous flow and improve exit rates.
Factory Layout Improvement
  • Assess material flow and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize factory layout to increase standard hours per square meter and improve productivity.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness Improvement
  • Measure and monitor equipment efficiency to minimize costs and improve productivity.
Production Facility Improvement
  • Design and implement new production facilities to improve ergonomics and reduce waste.
Information Flow Improvement
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and supply chain departments to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical manufacturing.
  • Education and Certification
    • Bachelor of Engineering degree in a relevant field.
    • Certification in Lean manufacturing or a related field.
  • Technical Skills
    • Value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban system.
