Job Description

As the Driver Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing our driver supply in KSA. Your quick thinking, problem-solving skills, and team-first mentality will be crucial to your success. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact on your market by optimizing the driver population on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driver Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and maintain an efficient process for driver recruitment and onboarding.
  • Community and Retention Management: Lead communications, training, and engagement activities to build trust and loyalty with our driver-partners in KSA.
  • Driver Operations Standards: Identify, build, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support driver operations.
  • Performance: Track the efficiency of your team and the service quality provided to the network, deploying corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Management: Hire, onboard, and train a team of driver operations leads and associates to execute local operations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop standard operating procedures to manage supply teams effectively.
