Electrical Estimator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team at Lasifa International. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing client enquiry packages, preparing information for internal and subcontractor pricing requests, and estimating direct and indirect costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review client enquiry packages to fully address potential work scope and special requirements.
  2. Prepare information for internal and subcontractor pricing requests.
  3. Estimate direct and indirect costs, including material costs, site establishment costs, and plant costs.
  4. Lead estimates and review estimated costs with the Project Senior EE & I / Chief Estimator.
  5. Prepare information for planning purposes.
  6. Prepare tender summary data for final panel meetings / management review.
  7. Attend job explanation meetings, site visits, and post-tender clarification and negotiation meetings as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Years of experience in electrical estimation.
