  2. Knowledge of the Construction Industry is a MUST, with engineering as an added asset, especially when coupled with previous experience in the industry.
  3. Great organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively on the status of deliverables.
  4. A Post-Secondary Degree - preferably a Bachelor's in Commerce or a University Degree in Business.
