Job Description

The role holder is responsible for carrying out field service activities, including preventive maintenance, call backs, planned/unplanned repairs and modernizations within their assigned territory. The role holder will perform duties in accordance with business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts adjustments and repairs of Otis products within the assigned area with minimum assistance from Team Lead - Mechanic.
  • Attends to equipment call-backs and conducts inspection and fault finding to return equipment to service.
  • Identifies and reports abnormalities and missing components through the maintenance process to highlight safety concerns and generate upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinates with Otis Line Operators to ensure call backs are attended as per defined service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in elevator industry.
  • Trouble shooting, major and minor repair works for Elevator and Escalator.
  • Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Good communication skills.
