**Key Responsibilities:**

As a leader in pediatric cardiology, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, mentoring junior medical professionals, and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Patient Care:

  • Provide compassionate and skilled care to pediatric patients with complex cardiac conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Mentorship and Training:

  • Supervise and mentor junior medical professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Contribute to the training and education of residents and fellows, shaping future medical leaders.

Research and Development:

  • Participate in research activities, advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in pediatric cardiology, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.

Leadership and Administration:

  • Lead and participate in committees and other administrative functions, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity within the medical team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A medical degree from a reputable institution.
  • Completion of a required period of training in Pediatric Cardiology.
  • Saudi Arab or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission.
  • Dataflow certification.

Experience and Professional Standing:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of post-board/fellowship experience in Pediatric Cardiology.
  • Registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
