Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Receiving and Inspection Associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Riyadh - The Business District.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming goods.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and compliance with internal controls.

Key Tasks:
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Ensure the quality, quantity, and condition of delivered items meet hotel standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all received items for financial tracking and audit purposes.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Finance & Business Support Manager.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with financial and inventory management systems is a plus.
